What panel members do
Focus groups
Sit down with a small group to talk through a topic, a product, or a case — in person or online, usually 60–90 minutes.
Mock trial juries
Hear both sides of a real case argued and deliberate like an actual jury, so attorneys can see how it lands before trial.
Surveys & polling
Answer a phone, text, or online survey on a candidate, issue, or policy question — typically 10–20 minutes.
